Hugo Florido, Esq. is a co-founder, managing partner, and lead counsel of Related Law Group. Hugo is responsible for clearing every transaction. Prior to founding Related, Hugo made the ambitious decision to open Florido & Associates, PA in 1994, after just a couple of years removed from graduating law school. Hugo regularly represented acquirers, targets, buyout groups, athletes, and shareholder groups in complex domestic and international transactions. He was notably involved in serving as lead counsel for a venezuelan airline, VIASA, against The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organization, the largest federation union in the United States. Hugo received his Marketing degree from Florida International University in 1988 and a JD degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992. He is a member of the Florida State Bar Association as well as the Federal Bar. Hugo has been practicing law for nearly 30 years. Most recently, Hugo was elected to the Board of Governors , for a term of three years, to the St. Andrews Country Club, one of the wealthiest country clubs in the country.

Brian de la Nuez, Esq. is the co-founder and managing partner of Related Law Group, a boutique style firm in South Florida founded with the goal of delivering personalized real estate and business legal services with top-notch legal representation. Since Related’s inception, he has helped cultivate it into one of the most noteworthy and reputable firms in South Florida. In addition to his responsibilities of growing Related’s client base, Brian often acts as the lead contact resolving complex legal and title issues, including analyzing, structuring, and coordination. Stemming from his background in law and real estate, Brian saw a unique opportunity to blend this real estate legal knowledge with the title and closing business, meeting an unfulfilled need to provide title and closing expertise in conjunction with the legal acumen from two practicing attorneys. Canvasing the South Florida community, this firm has gradually seen consistent growth and success from its origination. Brian graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, followed by Florida Bar certification.
